I just figured out my average calories for the past 51 days (June 9th-July 29th). I guess that’s how long I have been tracking my food on DailyPlate. So, the average calories I ate was 1676 calories. Not great. Not terrible. I would love to trend that down to about 1500 calories.

Monday - 1502 calories
So far today (Tuesday) ….. (I worked overnight so I started eating at 2am!) 
2am - sugar-free pudding cup
4am - fat-free yogurt with fresh blueberries
7am - apple
2pm - ham and cheese on multigrain bread with mustard and lettuce
           orange
           100 calorie pack cheez-its

I blew it!!!
I gained 2 pounds, and I deserve it!!! I was terrible this week!!!
I weighed 128.5 lbs this morning. Yuck!
I ate all week. 
I ate pizza, Wendy’s, everything in sight at a cookout, beer, everything!!!!!!
Tuesday - 996 calories
Wednesday - 1926 calories
Thursday - 2352
Friday - 2213
Saturday - 2528
Sunday - 3236

I am so out of control this week. I lost three pounds, and had an amazing week last week, and now I CAN NOT stop eating. It’s 2pm, and I have already had:

Monday: 1962 calories (involved going out for ice cream and eating slow cooker sweet and tangy chicken that I made)
Tuesday:
breakfast - apple
                    small coffee with skim milk and one splenda
lunch - 2 slices whole wheat bread with one slice American cheese, mustard, and pickles (it was supposed to be a ham sandwich, but there was no ham left!!)

I had a very stressful week. Lots of emotional things going on. But I had a GREAT food week. Calories for yesterday (Sunday) were 1160. And weight loss for the week was ……….
 Drum roll ………..
 THREE POUNDS!!!!
I am down to 126.5 lbs!!!!

Not a good week. I’m up half a pound. 129.5 lbs.
I was BAD yesterday. VERY BAD!!!
