		<description>Have you tried increasing calories? I hit two plateaus early on, increased calories each time and lost 2 pounds within 2 days each time. I still stop losing every time I let my calories slip. Just a thought. Delita</description>

		<description>Just be careful w/cutting your points when nursing.  Another idea is to cycle your calories, up one day, down the next.  I have never done it but several people on here do and it seems to work.  Basically it's keeping your body guessing and burning calories.</description>
