Ughhhhh

Gawd, this week has been dragging on. I have a hard time remembering that it is Wednesday. It feels like Monday on slow-motion. I didin’t work out yesterday unless you count taking the Christmas decorations from storage and getting them put up. My tree is decorated, my windows have stencils on them and my entertainment center has decorations. I have a 6pm workout scheduled for tonight with a trainer so I can get a work out program designed to fit what I need. And then I’ll have my regular work out going. I am planning on hitting 30 miles by the end of the month. I have 1.4 miles so far done. I want to hit 6 lbs lost by December 30. My ultimate goal is to hit 200 by the end of 2009. Then work on more weight loss. I want to be skinny when I go on vacation next year. I’m goin on vacation in January for 3 weeks to see my parents in Florida and take my daughter to Disney World for her 3rd birthday.

Hello again. It has been a very long time since I visited this site. In that time, I have gained back the weight I’ve lost and have basically failed at every one of my goals for this year. My parents moved away in April and so, I’ve managed to lose my motivation because my parents were cheering me on. My husband says he’s behind me, but I have reservations about that at times. I feel as though he thinks that as long as I’m fat, no one else will want me or pay attention to me. I want to prove him wrong! My new goal is to reach 200 pounds by next Christmas. I think that this is doable. It would require losing about 4 lbs a month. I’ve reactivated my gym membership and signed up for a work out program through them with a trainer to get me set up with a workout routine that I can follow. I have my first class on Wednesday night.
