Special K Protein Water packets

Are taking forever to dissolve. I got some today @ WalMart. I don’t know about feeling fuller yet, but I will report back later in the week.

Did a lot of walking today, feeling good. Setting myself up to succeed. Hope everyone else is having a great weekend. xoxox
