Fell off the wagon

Not that I was ever really on it to begin with. *sigh* Potluck at work today.

Next month starts the new program. Yikes.

    We are cheering you on! Good luck and beware of the ’swan song’ eating and extra pounds ;-) That is what I did when I told myself that I was going to start my diet next week. I spent the rest of that week eating all the yummy fatty things that I tought I would miss. It was a huge mistake and not worth the extra work that I have now…
