Food Log 9/12/2007

I am going to do this once a week, just to see how I am doing. I hate Fitday. I spent so much time that I could’ve been exercising or doing other things entering in custom foods. Blah.

1 cup half caff w/1 tablespoon cinnamon hazelnut creamer

1 small cup Dannon all natural no artificial anything strawberry yogurt

1 small cup Dannon all natural no artificial anything cherry yogurt 

1 serving (16 crackers) low sodium Wheat Thins

2 servings (2 sticks) Crystal Farms string cheese (the regular string cheese had LESS SODIUM than the lowfat. And the lowfat isn’t really lowfat, it’s just a smaller piece of cheese! lol)

1 serving unsweetened applesauce w/1 teaspoon cinnamon mixed in

2 servings (1 bag) Uncle Ben’s ready rice, brown rice, sprinkled with McCormick’s Salt Free Seasoning (garlic herb flavor)

1 serving (small pouch) drained salmon

1-2 teaspoons real mayo

 1 cup decaf green tea mixed with

1 cup orange spice green tea

1 fun-size Hershey’s chocolate bar

2 slices Sara Lee hearth healthy whole wheat bread

1 tablespoon smart balance peanut butter

1 tablespoon grape jam

1 Luna bar, chai tea flavored

^^I gave up on cooking dinner (Luna Bar) & I guess I gave up on having any vegetables. Tomorrow will be a better day.

    I know what you mean about the Fitday taking too long to use sometimes. When I used to use it I would always end up eating something weird that I would have to add as a custom food, lol.
