Ugh–quick update
Fallen off the wagon, badly. Tummy troubles. Taking antibiotics for the next 7 days.
Long story, can elaborate later from home, just wanted to update quick while I can.
Weekend Update
My sister’s Totally Gnarly 80’s party was awesome. Tomorrow is my kidney walk. My best friend said I look smaller in the tum. Life is good.

I am going to do this once a week, just to see how I am doing. I hate Fitday. I spent so much time that I could’ve been exercising or doing other things entering in custom foods. Blah.

I just have to keep hydrated, my body is prolly confusing thirsty for hungry. I had a nice breakfast today, a cup of unflavored instant oatmeal that I put my own Vietnamese cinnamon on, a fresh peach, and some pretzels. I think I should have had a stick of cheese, too, or some peanut butter.

Went for an hourlong walk today with Jennifer from work. Now my calves are screaming. But at least I moved my ass, and that’s all that matters.
Not much else going on. I will let everyone know how the audition goes on Saturday.
