			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is my first blog so if I mess it up I hope you&#8217;ll understand.  I want to use this to keep myself on track with my goal of eating better exercizing and losing the extra weight that bogs me down. </p>
<p>Here it is:  After the third night of laying on the couch just exhusted after work I realized how horrible I felt.  I know that last year when I was eating healthy and exercizing I had lots of energy even after working a full day and going to school.  These 30 lbs. I have packed on has not helped matters either.  Not that I was anywhere near my ideal weight before the 30 lbs.  The waist of my jeans is too tight and my fat pants actually fit now&#8230;ug!  I know what I have done to myself eating lots of sweets (usually 3 or more sweet treats a day) and over eating. </p>
<p> I am used to the feeling of feeling too full and have now accepted that as the norm.  Well it&#8217;s time to stop.  Eating until one is ready to upchuck is just not right!  </p>
<p>For the last few days I have been eating just until I am not hungry anymore.  Surprize, surprize!!  Let me tell you it is really hard to not put as much on your plate when you think,&#8217; that will never fill me up&#8217;, but guess what&#8230;I have been finding that I am full before I finish.  Now I have to deal with scraping food off my plate and into the trash when I am full.  Boy this is a hard one because even though I am putting less on my plate and I feel myself getting full I think, &#8216;How can I throw this out when there are just a couple of bites left! </p>
<p>I am acutally proud of myself that I threw food away yesterday.  I&#8217;m not sure if I have ever done this more than twice as long as I can remember. </p>
