Weight Watchers

Okay, I’ve decided to start the weight watchers points system. I’m going to eat bertween 18 -20 points every day and do 4 hours of exercise every week.

We I go back to school I will be starting back with hockey. Also I must make the most of my gym membership and walk as often as possible!!!

I’m not too good with point estimation. I downloaded a list of all foods and thier points per serving and will use that as my guide. If you think I have miscalculated my points, feel free to comment and point (ah cheesy pun unintended!) out my mistake.
