And suddenly…it dawns

Okay, so although my scale hasn’t moved for uhm… about a month (??!) I really shouldn’t worry too much about it, because I’m not GAINING. I’m quite happy because although this week I’ve had a few emotional eating disasters, last night I downloaded a ‘Weight loss and the mind’ podcast which I’m following, and today my ‘Overcoming binge eating’ book arrived in the post. I’m staying positive and healthy, because even if my weight doesn’t go down I’m still doing something productive.

Here’s a new technique I’ve learnt from my first podcast lesson, instead of saying ‘ no I cant eat that’ when I’m tempted, I’m going to say ‘I’m thin, fit and healthy’ and therefore I’m using a positive note to distract myself from eating something unhealthy.
