		<description>Hey I am getting caught up on blog-reading so I just read your past three entries... Welcome back!  Good for you for "getting back on the horse" (really bad pun intended) with your weight loss plan.  I think logging the food you eat is a really good idea - I fill out my fitday every day or I'd just be eating out of control, I know it!

"Making memories" - that was a cool way to define what kind of day it was... I love stuff like that!</description>
