Why is it that when most people are languishing in the heat with little or no appetite, mine seems to EXPLODE? Over the course of yesterday, I ate no less than THREE of those danged WW ice cream bars AND my regular meals AND peanut butter & graham crackers, AND...hmmmmmm. Clean slate, that's the ticket!
