Another one bites the dust

It’s been an insanely long day but I wanted to check in before midnight as it’s the last day of the month and I can say I was down a pound this am…….so, now it’s 4 for the month of May.  This is the best I’ve done in over a year for a monthly total lost.  I looked at my chart from last year and I’m 3 1/2 lbs. heavier than last year at this time, but I’m in a much better frame of mind than when I last posted.  Some days ya just can’t face it, ya know?  Especially the forever part.

I’ve been good about food.  Did 20 hard mins. on the exercise bike Thurs. night and gym Fri.:  3.12 mi. on tm w/incline, 6min. hard row, ladies lite aerobics.

Onward to June, chickadees!!!!!!

    Now, see???? Four pounds is magnificent, and only 3 1/2 pounds over last year is such small potatoes. You’ll have that off in no time. But yeah, I know about those days. Trust me. Glad you’re in a better place today. Four pounds in May! Awesome, Ms. Close! I’m proud.

    4 pounds a month is a good loss for me too - when i was losing regularly I often lost 2 or 3 in a month - 4 was very rare!
