rainy days and thursdays
Apologies to the Mamas and Pappas for changing the lyrics. Well, all the calming horse vibes I begged from everyone worked; Rachel was downright placid, actually COULD have been a therapy horse last night. The only explanation that seems to hold water ( other than multiple personality disorder) is her being “in season” on Sunday; so now that I’ve gotten rid of my own period, I have to start tracking a horse’s??????? Must google….hmmmm, what? horse cycles?????
Did the gym yesterday: warm up, weight machines, 1.3 miles on tm, 20 min elip., 12 min rower, and ladies lite aerobics……felt really good all through the end—sweet work-out!!!
I really should get back to recording food here; it’s just soooo boring. ok bfsk: grapenuts flakes, decaf tea, V8 juice………lunch: salisbury steak, mashies, yellow squash…….snack: yogurt and a couple handfuls of peanuts……..dinner: 1 almost f.f. Hebrew National hot dog, 1 piece whitewheat bread, mustard, onion relish, mushroom soup, bosc pear
A had a soccer game this afternoon—drizzle and cold and wind, about 50; hard to believe it was mid-80’s last week as I sat there ON a folded sweatshirt (metal bleachers are COLD), fleece vest under lined hooded rain jacket, ear muffs and gloves. Ahhhh, spring; where HAVE you gone??? BTW, they lost, making them 0 and 4…..BUT they do seem to be improving a bit, of course so is everyone else as the season goes on.
Off to do more laundry, chickadees………sleep well tonight!

thanks for your comment. it’s not that she’s talking to the guy, i talk to guys too. It’s just totally obvious that they dig each other, and think that no one knows that’s all.
BTW, I’m doing fantasy baseball for the first time this year and david wright is my 3rd baseman. It’s called fantasy for a reason…oh yeah.

Wow I need to read through your blog! Last I read there was absolutely NOT going to be a horse
