I know it is probably a lame suggestion, but I used to drink it just gazing out the window before bed. I also recently learned that watching tv or being on the computer causes so much activity in the visual cortex that it will take 1.5 hours for your brain to calm down to sleep. I KNEW another horse would turn up for A. It has something to do with the law of attraction, maybe? 80's???? 80's?????? WHAT? Omigawd! I'm on my way! As for that house....good grief. It's amazing, isn't it, the way some people live in this country? 7,000 square feet of luxury space that needs a house-sitter because the owners are elsewhere. Hmmm. And at the other end of the totem pole we have folks squeezing into cardboard cartons on Boston Common (and in cities all over the country). And we're paying close to $4 a gallon for gas while the oil company execs earn millions of dollars in salaries, benefits, perks and - yes - bonuses because of how cleverly they've managed to siphon away OUR hard earned money. I imagine their numerous homes are built on the 7000 sq, ft. scale, as well. Bah, humbug! And, for my next tirade.....LOL.... SO glad you're sleeping better, my dear - I know that when I have a bout of insomnia, it takes me a week to start feeling less zombie-like. Have you tried the Weight Watchers ice creams? I would want a small strong hidden in deep jungle, near a small stream. Although I would do well one with a great view of a lovely mountain range or a gorgeous sea beach.
