Sleepy
Guess it’s the rain and cold moving in or being awake and up before 5:30. Quick note.
Gym: stretch and exercise, 2.55 mi. on tm, 6 min rowing.
Food: bfsk: Grapenuts Flakes w/skim, decaf tea w/skim………….snack: hard boiled egg, about 1/3 of a delicious mango………….main meal: haddock, brussels sprouts, sweet pot., salad w/ baby greens, tomatoes, cucumber, green olives, strips of red pepper and balsamic vinegar dsg……………will add later…..snack: a few almonds……..dinner: 6 bites of a thin crust cheese pizza, the rest of the salad I couldn’t finish for lunch, a bit more mango
I did end up taking a nap for about 1 1/2 hrs.—can’t make it through the day on less than 5 hrs. sleep, bad night again last night. We are going to have very cold temps. again the next 2 days. I hate it, I want spring to stay instead of these occ. teaser days! I was really suited to the climate in Charleston, S.C.—I think I was happier living there climate-wise than anywhere else. Would go back in a heartbeat. Can’t believe I made it through all those endless winters in Mi.; and worked nights, too……really wouldn’t see the sun at all for days and days. No wonder I live for the sunny ones now.
