Sorry about the ticket, but your inadvertent "unacceptable language problem" made me laugh because like you, I have never used bad language in front of my children nor tolerated it from them. Ditto my grandchildren. A year or so ago, I had picked up my granddaughter from her after school day care program and someone cut me off in traffic - VERY close call, and nearly hit me on the side of the car where my granddaughter was sitting in the backseat. I blurted out, "F----!!!!!!!!!!!" and wouldn't you know, the minute we walked through the door of my daughter's house, she gaily chortled, "Ooh-mama (that's what they call me) said a REAL bad word!!!!!" When we were in the car, of course, she had said, "Ooh-mama, that's a BAD WORD!" and I said, "Oh, no, honey...I said...um...LUCK! That's what I said...I said what good LUCK that they didn't hit us! I said LUCK...LUCK. That's what I said!" Obviously didn't fool her for a minute. Danged kids! LOL!
