Of weather, that is………..we started out in the 60’s with pouring rain, by about 2 we had beautiful sun (yes, I sat out a bit) and low 70’s, it got colder and colder as the afternoon wore on and started pouring again…..it’s almost 8pm and it’s about 40 now and drizzle supposed to change to a mix.  BUT, my first daffy is OPEN!!!!!  All is well, that’s my promise  that spring is here!!!!

Food: bfsk: grapenuts flakes w/skim, decaf tea w/skim………did not sit well, maybe cause I took my vits. for the first time since all this started, I just was very uncomfortable this morning………later–craving oj, so had about 6oz……………lunch: 1/2 pkt. instant bfsk. in 6 oz skim……dinner: about 30z. hamburger patty, broccoli, a few fried onions, small amt mashed pots. and maybe a tsp. gravy—–so far, good, maybe there’s hope that this is finally gone!!!!

gym: warm up and exercise mat, weight machines, 2 mi. tm, ladies lite aerobics—by this my tummy was in an uproar so only did about 1/2 the exercises
