just 14 more

Yeah, Ruby, not near goal, unfortunately, with the large ups and the tiny downs—the 5 lbs. I lost in Nov. almost all came back when I was sick for so long in Dec.  I’ve lost a total of 3 lbs. so far in 2008 making me 14 to goal.  I’ve been as close to goal as 7 1/2 (last June-July) and as far away as 17 (Oct.-Nov.).  But, EVEN where I am now, even if I NEVER lose another pound—-I’m still more than 25 lbs. lighter than I was when I started all this, so it’s not all bad, just excruciatingly frustrating!!!!  I’m at high normal BMI now and under 30% body fat which I wasn’t before.  Sizes are down 2 or 3 depending on maker and style.

Exercise: weight machines, 2.12 mi. on tm.w/incline, ladies light aerobics

Food: bfsk: V8, 3 slices deli turkey, 1 slice banana/walnut bread, blueberries, decaf tea………….lunch: 4 marinated mushrooms, homemade veg. soup, hardboiled egg, 1 slice banana/walnut bread………..will up date later…….dinner (strange, I know): end of the hot and sour soup, 2 Kashi crackers w/1 slice Alpine Lace Swiss, 3 strawberries and 3 prunes.

A. has am lecture tomorrow then we’re off to outlet mall, I hope.

    Ha, it sounds like you are doing awesome! Keep up the good work. I wish I had dropped 2-3 sizes. =/ But yeah, it’s really hard to hit goal so you just have to keep chipping away at it! I am not where I thought I would be by now, but hey, I have hopes! Stay strong!

    Don’t ya just hate that darn yo-yo feeling…up/down…up/down I am soooo frustrated at myself I have stopped posting for awhile (my punishment cause I love posting) I am trying to get myself back on track but every time I get close I screw up again… like I said I am my own worst enemy…
    We can get a handle on this and keep that scale headed south…and we will…real soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
