another manic Monday
The week- end went well; by that I mean I made it to everywhere I was supposed to be. Food was a challenge but I didn’t blow it totally, just partially. No, I haven’t been on the scale again yet—afraid it’s gonna recind my 2 1/2 lb. loss.
Sat. food: bfsk: oatmeal, banana, decaf tea w/ skim…….lunch: Max & Erma’s: French onion soup, 1 pc. fish (picked some of the breading off), 1 chocolate chip cookie…………..dinner: 2 slices deli thin sliced turkey, bean salad, peanuts
Sat. activities/exercise: volunteered at AAU state cross country championships–there from 7:30am til 1:30pm; on feet, mostly moving; of course going to Max & Erma’s later to celebrate probably blew off all the moving benefit
Sun.: bfsk.: V8, oatmeal, decaf tea w/skim………..lunch: spag. , bean salad…………..snack: 1piece of biscotti w/ decaf coffee……….. dinner: 2 pieces pizza………..snack: leftover sweet potato custard from filling pies, 2 prunes
Sun. activities/exercise: mainly walking about putting hanging notices on door knobs in neighborhood affected by the club’s Turkey day race, took A. to her study group, library, went to see the Lipazanner (probably spelled wrong!) Stallions perform in the evening—btw: they were wonderful!!!!
Today, so far–bfsk: V8, oatmeal w/ skim, decaf tea w/skim, snack: f.f. cottage cheese, 1/2 multigrain Wasa w/p.b., blueberries
exercise:gym–treadmill–2.92 miles w/ slight incline, ladies aerobics
See ya later, chickadees!

Sounds good - food and exercise-wise.
How do you pack in so much activities in your days?
I wish we had a separate aerobics class in my gym too. I do a little bit step aerobics taight by S which I mostly find boring.
love,
iniya
