Bfsk: grapenuts flakes w/skim, decaf tea w/skim…….snack: 2 heaping t. f.f.cottage cheese, 8 oz. V-8

Made my soup–chicken, garlic, mush., br. rice concoction last night, will be lunch w/ a salad

Got to gym this am: 6:40 to 9:40am– did  it all—not “mono draggy” today

Great news!!!!…..A. tested yesterday for her orchestra seat for the  year; she thought she’d be 4th or 5th since there are tons of good violins—-she made 2nd chair!!!!!!  Yipee!!!!  I’m so proud of her!!! Not half bad for a new tenth grader!!!

Gotta shower, clean up kitchen and load dishwasher, eat lunch, and go help at the cross country meet……have good days, chickadees!!!

    Congratulations to your daughter on making the second chair! That is just fabulous. Your young lady has been blessed with some really good genes and good raising and add to that her own unique soul - it shows! Soup sounds yummy!

    Three hours of exercise! I’m exhausted just reading about it! WAY to GO, though! I know I’m impressed! Wonderful news about your daughter! What an accomplished young person she is - and how lucky to have such a supportive, active and involved Momma! Oh, I DO hope you’re feeling better now. I think the change of seasons sometimes plays havoc with our whole being….go get yourself checked out, though, if things don’t improve a whole lot - and STAY improved, you know? I’ve been missing your blogs…I see that you’ve posted, but maybe they got lost in all that medicine-buying drek that we seem to get flooded with on regular basis.

    okay, your 3 hours at the gym has balanced my 3 hours not at the gym so we are even. :)
