No time!!!
Time…where does it go?? I’ve spent over an hr. trying to just get caught up on some of the blogs I like read. I haven’t blogged since last Sat. despite my best intentions and promises to myself. AND I’m UP another pound. I did full gym both Mon. and Wed. this week and increased a couple weights again….130lbs. on calf press and 110lbs. on leg press. OK On to food today….I just can’t remember the other days, but know I wasn’t too bad…..
Bfsk: grapenuts w/ skim, V8 juice, decaf. tea w/ skim……….snack: 2 t. ff cottage cheese, 6 strawberries, 1/2 multigrain Wasa…..and lots of water
Will make effort to get back with rest of food…..have pick up dau. after sch. to go to physical therapist to get shoe inserts adjusted, I don’t know, she ran yesterday, didn’t do terribly well and just didn’t look very happy, but at least she ran with the team; she has to run in an out of town invitational again this Sat……….tonight we do our volunteer stint at the stables—-it was suggested to me yesterday that I help out there during the day on Tues. as they are short volunteers, I keep telling people that I am NOT the horse person and if not for A. I would not be there at all but they don’t seem to believe me….I do like it, it is a good cause but 3 1/2 hrs. a week with horses is enough for me. Add that to what I do for the running club both at home (minor but time consuming paperwork), club community service work, and on the finish line and you have an almost full time job!!! Plus school volunteering. No wonder there’s no time……I also have 9 hrs. a week in the gym, but that is purely for ME…..and that time is not being cut…….I think I’m still adjusting to the back to school uproar and change in hours; I’m tired all the time–going to bed at 9:30pm, usually unheard of, I’m not gonna recognize Jay Leno if I ever do get to see him again……

It seems like this time of year just becomes insane for everyone! Where are the lazy days (so to speak) of summer?? HA! I’m glad I’ve got a convert joining in on my love of baseball…well…even if you don’t love it, you’re slightly interested so that’s a plus! The Boston Pops is great! If you get a chance to chaperone I would take it- I think I’m biased, but Boston is a fantastic weekend trip city- so much to see and do! Although those damn Red Sox are REALLY upsetting me right now!
