		<description>I  know this sounds nuts - but I managed to gain 3 pounds in one day and honestly I did not eat an excessive amount of food - so hon - maybe you continue to weigh -two days later - I was back down and I wasn't trying to do it.  It was weird... but I appreciate your commitment to being solid in your food &#38; exercise.

I honestly need a kick in the pants myself...</description>

		<description>Thanks for the comment on my blog.. when I do curls I just use the mini bars that Michael puts his weights on when he does curls. I think they are about 3 lbs maybe at the most.</description>
