mowing and croquet
I think that restless feeling is gone somewhat. Food was not very good again, let’s get it out of the way.
bfsk: grapenuts flakes, v8, cantalope, tea, skim…….lunch: finished the tuna noodle casserole, only about 2 spoonsful left (don’t ya love when they put it back like that?), also had a small bit of that Mexican Frito casserole thingy—I feel guilty about left-overs and no one else seems interested in them, about 8 cherry tomatoes………..snack: almonds w/ Fiber One……dinner (out): chips and salsa, shared salad, 3 small pieces of parsley red potatos, about 3oz. of sirloin, grilled, marinated
Had a late lazy morning….took dau. to mowing job (relaxed on a swing while she mowed) then we played croquet on the lawn….I didn’t win any of the games, went to see Becoming Jane and went to eat…
It’s a new month…in a few days I can get to the gym again, I should set some goals….food-wise and exercise….one thing I do think, I’m eating way too much beef; got to work on some sort of plan, a guide….g’nite!

Hi - thanks for that very good information about the race. I am not running, just walking. I figured I’d wear my old broken in Nike sneakers! I will pass along that information to my team mates - I’m doing this with women from my office. Also, thanks for the kind comments on the photo. We did not have “the talk” last night, but I’ve just planned a patio picnic with my mom for tonight, and we’ll catch’em then!

You’re right about the new month! Time to take stock, cut down where needed, get back into the gym and see results!
Hope you have a lovely week-end!
