		<description>Rain can be a stresser sometimes.  Sometimes I thing windshield washers need a turbo fast speed.  Thankfully it never lasts THAT long at that rate.  I would love to see pictures of that park.  Sounds lovely.</description>

Isn't it amazing how we can "not" see what's happening to our own bodies?

The point of course, is that we eventually, do realize. And once we got beyond the shock, we were able to take action. 

If you know the Flylady, she says "Progress, not Perfection"
