Actually got here Sunday but too lazy/tired to visit.  In a hurry today and computer being awfully s-l-o-w so will be short.

Good news—126, despite pigging out on full fat ice cream several times.  I ate fairly well, turned out my cousin stayed up at his family home with us instead of going back to the city for the week and he’s a great cook….healthy stuff, too!!!!  Now and then his partner does a diet thing and partner lost a bro. in his 30’s to heart disease so C.’s cooking is calorie/fat/salt conscious.

 Had a good trip up (I hate I-95!!!!), lots of ALL kinds of music: Josh Bell and Yo-Yo Ma to Old Blind Dogs to Creed and Nickelback to Rod Stewart.  Stopped in Gettysburg, had a full day there; daughter did the history trail ride and loved it.  Also went to “Land of the Little Ponies” which was sweet.

Got caught up with most of friends/ family.  Went on side trips to Crystal Cave and Knoebels (amusement park, the BEST).  C’s partner joined us for the last week-end and daughter had a friend to ride coasters with so she was happy; I don’t do the up in the air stuff!!!  Good trip back, left Sat. got in here mid-day Sun.

Still in vacation mode, Williamsburg day trip yesterday; going up to Chincoteague (sp?) today to see the wild ponies.

Time to water garden and have bfsk; did hit the gym early yesterday am for short work-out……………….see ya all!!!!
