Holding Steady

124.5…..good!  Got up late this am, almost 8:ooam, usual breakfast.  No snack cause of the late breakfast.  Last day of school so I took my daughter to Panera for lunch to celebrate; I had the pick 2 of 3 special: chicken noodle soup (supposed to be lo fat) and 1/2 Greek salad and about three bites of a pecan sticky bun……later, had a hot chocolate at Borders (about 2:30pm)—for mid-June it’s awful cold here.  Went to the stable and worked with the disabled children 31/2 hrs. tonight, had to wear a jacket!!!  Well, it’s better than the usual, 90 and super humid.  I hate to eat so late (it’s after 9pm) but I really haven’t had enough today and needless to say (write?), I’m hungry…..I think 1/2 of a Wasa cracker-multi-grain and a wedge of Laughing Cow lo fat cheese and a cup of decaf tea w/skim……..tomorrow is gym and YOGA….yeah!!!!

    I never thought about the library for the blood type book - thanks!
    And the tran fat issue is serious stuff…I’m amazed at just how much of it’s in everyday items.
    Hope to keep up with you on your journey!
