you are doing so well while you are sick, Jack! in looking at your food lists, the main thing that appears to be missing is fruits/veggies. Could you replace some of the packaged snacks with fruits or veggies? I think that would make a big difference. Like instead of the granola bar, you could have celery and string cheese, or an apple with a little peanut butter, and that would probably keep you full longer too. If you ever have any suggestions on how I can improve my diet, please send them my way!
