Back in the game….I think so!

Today, I am officially back in the game. It’s been over three years that I have been overweight and unhappy. There is not a day that passes by that I don’t cringe at the thought of me going from super fit to super not fit within 1 year!!!! I guess life really can throw you a curve ball, especially if it’s in your genes. I went from Fitness Trainer to no fitness at all due to an accident and posttraumatic stress, but used that as an excuse for years afterward. I gained weight, lost confidence, and lost myself. This coming year (2009) has to be the year. I am 23 and I need to feel like I can conquer the world again. Here it goes…
