Now that we&#8217;re at LA Fitness, I&#8217;m increasing my goal to 5 days/week, 60 mins/day.  So 600 mins per two weeks now, instead of just 420.  The rate I&#8217;m going, this should be no problem (assuming I keep my momentum).

<p>As is &#8220;typical Shawn fashion&#8221;, I completely stopped and self-sabotaged for about two weeks.  Ate like crap, zero exercise.  Felt my bottom expanding, even though the scale&#8230;. as is typical&#8230;. never really moved. </p>

<li>6/18/08, Weds. (Day 32) - None (but swam at mom&#8217;s house with twins for 1.5 hrs)</li>
<li>6/19/08, Thurs (Day 33) - 29 mins elliptical.</li>
<li>6/20/08, Fri (Day 34) - 25 mins elliptical.</li>
<li>6/21/08, Sat (Day 35) - none. (moved Joel in with us; etc)</li>
<li>6/22/08, Sun (Day 36) - none.  Swam at mom&#8217;s; etc.</li>
<li>6/23/08, Mon (Day 37) - 30 mins elliptical (including 10 mins interval/guerilla)</li>
<li>6/24/08, Tues (Day 38) - none.</li>
<li>6/25/08, Weds (Day 39) - 30 mins elliptical/treadmill (including 10 mins interval/guerilla)</li>
