Exercise Week 15-16 (8/24/08 - 9/6/08)

8/24/08 - 9/6/08 = 59% of goal met. 357 of 600 mins exercised.

Considering what this two weeks dealt me in life (very hard marriage stuff going on), I’m pleased with getting in as much exercise as I did.

  • 8/25/08, Mon (day 100) - none (marriage stuff)
  • 8/26/08, Tues (day 101) - 22 mins treadmill
  • 8/27/08, Weds (day 102) - 40 mins (10 mins chest weights; 10 mins elliptical-cardio; 20 mins treadmill- fat burn)
  • 8/28/08, Thurs (day 103) - none (out with John; another rough day)
  • 8/29/08, Fri (day 104) - none (pickup Ash)
  • 8/30/08, Sat (day 105) - 35 mins (15 mins cardio-elliptical; 20 mins treadmill)
  • 8/31/08, Sun (day 106) - none (church; go to Greg & Melonie’s for his bday; etc)
  • 9/1/08, Mon (day 107) - 50 mins (20 mins leg weights; 10 mins elliptical; 20 mins treadmill)
  • 9/2/08, Tues (day 108) - 40 mins (10 mins back weights; 10 mins elliptical; 20 mins treadmill)
  • 9/3/08, Weds (day 109) - 40 mins (10 mins chest weights; 10 mins elliptical; 20 mins treadmill)
  • 9/4/08, Thurs (day 110) - 50 mins (5 mins abs; 15 mins elliptical-cardio; 30 mins treadmill-fat burn)
  • 9/5/08, Fri (day 111) - none (out w/John & twins to Chili’s; etc)
  • 9/6/08, Sat (day 112) - 60 mins (cardio kickbox)
