Staying on track!

Exercise Week 13-14 (8/10/08 - 8/23/08)

8/10/08 - 8/23/08 = 59% of goal met. 355 of 600 mins exercised.

Now that we’re at LA Fitness, I’m increasing my goal to 5 days/week, 60 mins/day.  So 600 mins per two weeks now, instead of just 420.  The rate I’m going, this should be no problem (assuming I keep my momentum).

Well, I guess I DIDN’T keep the momentum, but I got in more minutes than the prior two weeks, so that’s progress!!! YAY!  Keep moving in the right direction!

  • 8/10/08, Sun (day 85) - 60 mins (30 mins legs; 30 mins treadmill fat burn)
  • 8/11/08, Mon (day 86) - 45 mins (15 mins back; 10 mins elliptical; 20 mins treadmill)
  • 8/12/08, Tues (day 87) - none; day off.  (drinks w/Leslie & John, etc)
  • 8/13/08, Weds (day 88) - 45 mins (15 mins chest; 15 mins elliptical; 15 mins treadmill)
  • 8/14/08, Thurs (day 89) - none; Ladies Night at church / out to eat with Leslie (ate terrible) .
  • 8/15/08, Fri (day 90) - none; grocery shop @ 2 stores; cook dinner (ate terrible)
  • 8/16/08, Sat (day 91) - 55 mins (25 mins abs/bi’s/tri’s/lats; 30 mins treadmill)
  • 8/17/08, Sun (day 92) - 50 mins (20 mins legs; 30 mins treadmill)
  • 8/18/08, Mon (day 93) - none; preshop with Christine Davis; Misty preshop with me & pickup McMoms meal for delivery
  • 8/19/08, Tues (day 94) - 55 mins (cardio kickbox)
  • 8/20/08, Weds (day 95) - none (out with Leslie & kids; John to happy hour; etc)
  • 8/21/08, Thurs (day 96) - none (drama w/John, etc)
  • 8/22/08, Fri (day 97) - none (Movie Tavern w/John)
  • 8/23/08, Sat (day 98) - 45 mins (15 mins abs; 15 mins elliptical; 15 mins treadmill)
