  • 7/14/08, Mon (Day 58) - none.
  • 7/15/08, Tues (Day 59) - 45 mins (15 mins legs/lunges, 15 mins treadmill, 15 mins elliptical). 
  • 7/16/08, Weds (Day 60) - none (took kids to water park after work).
  • 7/17/08, Thurs (Day 61) - none (McMoms installation dinner / drinks).
  • 7/18/08, Fri (Day 62) - none (Shawn’s work party / Papa G’s with John).
  • 7/19/08, Sat (Day 63) - none (kids stuff all day - breakfast, library, ice skating, etc)
  • 7/20/08, Sun (Day 64) - 70 mins (35 mins elliptical, 25 mins stationary bike, 10 mins treadmill).
  • 7/21/08, Mon (Day 65) - 66 mins (26 mins walk; 20 mins lunges/leg weights; 20 mins treadmill).
  • 7/22/08, Tues (Day 66) - none (skipped am because had to go to clients in Ft Worth; skipped pm because had to grocery shop).
  • 7/23/08, Weds (Day 67) - 15 mins walk
  • 7/24/08, Thurs (Day 68) - none; out with Leslie
  • 7/25/08, Fri (Day 69) - none; out with John
  • 7/26/08, Sat (day 70) - none (sleep all day; was up all night on Fri)
