Staying on track!

Exercise Week 7-8 (6/29/08 - 7/12/08) = 37%

6/29/08 - 7/12/08 = 37% of goal met. 155 of 420 mins exercised.  

As is “typical Shawn fashion”, I completely stopped and self-sabotaged for about two weeks.  Ate like crap, zero exercise.  Felt my bottom expanding, even though the scale…. as is typical…. never really moved.

  • 7/1/08, Tues (Day 45) - none
  • 7/2/08, Weds (Day 46) - none
  • 7/3/08, Thurs (Day 47) - none
  • 7/4/08, Fri (Day 48) - none
  • 7/5/08, Sat (Day 49) - none
  • 7/6/08, Sun (Day 50) - none
  • 7/7/08, Mon (Day 51) - none
  • 7/8/08, Tues (Day 52) - none
  • 7/9/08, Weds (Day 53) - none
  • 7/10/08, Thurs (Day 54) - 60 mins (1/2 weights, 1/2 elliptical) Back on track!  With exercise at least… better eating to follow tomorrow.
  • 7/11/08, Fri (Day 55) - 45 mins (30 mins elliptical, 15 mins leg weights and lunges)
  • 7/12/08, Sat (Day 56) - 50 mins (35 mins elliptical, 10 mins crunches, 5 mins bench press)
