On track!

7/14/08, Mon (Day 58) - none.
7/15/08, Tues (Day 59) - 45 mins (15 mins legs/lunges, 15 mins treadmill, 15 mins elliptical).

Exercise Week 7-8 (6/29/08 - 7/12/08) = 37%

6/29/08 - 7/12/08 = 37% of goal met. 155 of 420 mins exercised.  
As is “typical Shawn fashion”, I completely stopped and self-sabotaged for about two weeks.  Ate like crap, zero exercise.  Felt my bottom expanding, even though the scale…. as is typical…. never really moved.
