Staying on track!

Exercise Week 5-6 (6/15/08 - 6/28/08) = 47%

6/15/08 - 6/28/08 = 47% of goal met. 199 of 420 mins exercised.  

Getting back on track for this two week period, now that I’m over being sick.  Finding that getting my exercise in before work is better for my schedule.  Who knew that I could do so well at that? LOL.  Still eating superfoods, though not as strictly, so need to get back on track there, too.

  • 6/15/08, Sunday (Day 29) - Walked 30 mins.  Swam at mom’s for about 2 hrs.  (did some kicks, etc)
  • 6/16/08, Monday (Day 30) - Elliptical 25 mins
  • 6/17/08, Tuesday (Day 31) - Walked 30 mins
  • 6/18/08, Weds. (Day 32) - None (but swam at mom’s house with twins for 1.5 hrs)
  • 6/19/08, Thurs (Day 33) - 29 mins elliptical.
  • 6/20/08, Fri (Day 34) - 25 mins elliptical.
  • 6/21/08, Sat (Day 35) - none. (moved Joel in with us; etc)
  • 6/22/08, Sun (Day 36) - none.  Swam at mom’s; etc.
  • 6/23/08, Mon (Day 37) - 30 mins elliptical (including 10 mins interval/guerilla)
  • 6/24/08, Tues (Day 38) - none.
  • 6/25/08, Weds (Day 39) - 30 mins elliptical/treadmill (including 10 mins interval/guerilla)
  • 6/26/08, Thurs (Day 40) - none (I guess… I’m updating this two weeks later)
  • 6/27/08, Fri (Day 41) - none I assume
  • 6/28/08, Sat (Day 42) - none I assume
