Staying on track!

Exercise Week 5-6 (6/15/08 - 6/28/08) = 47%

6/15/08 - 6/28/08 = 47% of goal met. 199 of 420 mins exercised.  
Getting back on track for this two week period, now that I’m over being sick.  Finding that getting my exercise in before work is better for my schedule.  Who knew that I could do so well at that? LOL.  Still eating superfoods, though [...]

Exercise Week 3-4 (6/1/08 - 6/14/08) = 41%

6/1/08 - 6/14/08 = 41% of goal met. 172 of 420 mins exercised. 0 lbs lost (may have gained back).
 
Not off to a great start this two week period, but will get on track starting ASAP!
Day 15, Sunday, 6/1/08:   None.  Went to church, took the kids to the lake, watched Rambo with John, cleaned house [...]

Exercise Week 1-2 (5/18/08 - 5/31/08) = 100%

5/18/08 - 5/31/08 = 100% of goal met! 420 mins exercised. 4 lbs lost! 
 SUCCESS!  My new goal is to exercise an average of 30 mins/day.  If I miss days, they need to be made up another day.  I’m also mainly eating “superfoods” starting 5/18.
 So for this 14 day period, my goal was 420 mins, which I met!  Wow!  [...]
