So today, I decided to give Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred a try. Day 1 was tough, but it was good. It got me pumped and I’m hoping I can stay on track for the next 30 days. Jillian is such a fierce trainer, even in the workout video, she’s totally grilling you and makes it so its hard to just give up.
Here’s what i ate today.
B/L: Kimchi fried rice I made (from the previous night). I just stir fried white rice, cut up kimchi, some chopped of unmarinated pork, and veggies.
D: I had a chicken burger at mcdonalds, w/ small fries and a coke zero. For the chicken burger, I made sure it was just chicken patty and no mayo or special sauces, or any cheese.

I walked around and shopped for a good (I know its not really intense exercise but I did move around the whole 2 hours)
