So tired!

Been going back and forth to NYC all this week. Tomorrow’s the last day, thank God.
Today’s workout was Fat Free Yoga - LWLG by Raviana. I feel like my joints are rusting, haven’t worked out for a few days.
Food has been less than good due to all the crazy work stuff!

Hiking!

So the weather is finally beautiful in New England and I went for a hike with a new group - so much fun! Made a couple of contacts to follow up later for solo hikes and business. Awesome day all around.
Workout was Classical Stretch Deep muscle stretching. Food was good.

Today’s workout was Rockin Body Cardio Jam - I did the 30 minute express option - fun!!! Followed up with a 25 min Classical Stretch Hip Flexibility ep. That woman really knows how to stretch the body.

Today’s workout was Cindy Crawford Shape Your Body Workout 1 followed by skin brushing. My skin’s getting pretty loose - gotta keep up with the brushing more!

Shari, I’ve applied to Yale and I’m in the process of applying to Columbia. Only those two this year. I’m really hopeful about Yale though!!

Workout

Today’s workout was Ellen’s Super Slimdown - pilates + yoga blend. I did about 20 minutes but I don’t care for it at all! Second time I’ve tried it. So I popped in an Ashtanga yoga 30 min routine(David Swenson) and did that instead.
Still gotta get my taxes done!!!!!!!!!!!!
