Tuckered out

Today’s workout was Kimberly Spreen Cardio Camp - I did almost all of it, skipped some high impact stuff. Food has been good. Planning to go for a seven mile hike this weekend - hope the weather will hold.

It was FABULOUS and didn’t feel anything like 6 miles! and the lake at the end was totally worth it! Pic above.

Cardio Camp

Today’s workout was the kickboxing premix on Cardio Camp - I won’t be doin that one again! Moves much too fast and all the breaks between the sequences get cut out. Tough workout anyway but I didn’t think it flowed well.
