Got a new workout today!

Kimberly Spreen Cardio Camp - not tried it yet, probably will tomorrow.
Tomorrow afternoon, I’m meeting a friend for lunch. We have been trying to plan this lunch for YEARS now and never been able to pull off meeting. Hopefully, tomorrow will finally be it!

Ouch

Yesterday I did Turbo Jam CP2 and then I did pyramid sets for my arms and shoulders. 12-10-8 sets of 3,5 and 8 lb dumbbells. My arms are fried. It’s been over 24 hours and they are STILL fried.
I think my arms will always be kinda big, I don’t remember ever having stick arms. But [...]

I was home all day today so I did strength moves broken up throughout the day. Squats and lunges in the morning(100).

Kettlebells

So….I took myself down to Target to return the Taebo amped set. It’s horrible. Seriously, don’t buy it. The moves are so contrived and fake and just incorporate the bar for no reason. It was really annoying.
