Progress?

People keep remarking on how I’m looking thinner. Scale won’t budge tho! Still, I am keeping up with the weight training and concentrating on my back for now. I want a nice looking back, with some muscles! All the flab is almost gone, but the bra-line fat is hanging on.

Workout

Today’s workout was Firm Sculpted Buns, Hips and Thighs. It was much shorter than I expected. Hope it gives some kind of results. Probably won’t be pulling out that one again except for lazy days.
Food was alright.

Long day

Drove out to NY again today - not a bad drive back and forth as I chose off-peak times. Food was quite good, altho I did have some dross from 7-11 for lunch -but day is under calories!
