Today’s workout

Firm Maximum Body Sculpting again - I’m hoping rotating a few videos over and over will give better results than a random training routine. Food was good, but I ate some two-bite cupcakes. We’ll see if it causes any damage. I can’t tell what my body does well with lately.

Breakfast and lunch report

1 turkey frankfurter for breakfast + 1 slice of bread
2 of each for lunch, with lite mayo and hot sauce. mmmm hot sauce

Dinner report

3 turkey frankfurters with bread. I did okay all day - keeping on track. No workout today!
