Today’s workout was Isculpt Ballet number IdontknowhatbecausemynewDVDplayerischoppingtitlesoff! Still good though, altho I would have preferred one I was more familiar with.
Dinner was 3 turkey franks and a couple of slices of bread.

Mizu, this is a great Kundalini DVD by Ravi Singh and Ana Brett(Raviana) - you can find it on amazon. It was amazing!! There are 2 yoga sets (I did set 1) followed by a selection of dances. The whole thing can be programmed via a matrix. I think this is their best DVD yet!!! [...]
