I really don’t get my body - I ate close to my calorie range yesterday and walked for ages and now I’ve gained a pound! Seriously body, WTF? This had better come off on my rest day or we are gonna have to have a few words!

Do you weigh yourself every day? I try to only weigh once a week since I don’t want to see fluctuations like that! I’m sure it’s water weight or something, don’t sweat it!
I try not to do it every day to but it does keep me on track. If I don’t weigh every few days the weight creeps back on!
