and an article by her: Focus on Thinking Differently to Lose WeightI love her book, it’s the one that got me to stop emotional eating completely. It’s fab, I highly recommend. Living like a thin person also means thinking about food and eating in a different way, says Hudnall. “Are you hungry or satisfied? Do you like a particular food or not?” she asks. “Those questions often don’t come into play with people who struggle with food issues. This is so true! I used to eat ice-cream for years because it’s supposed to taste good and/or cool you down. It didn’t do either for me! So finally I was like ‘why the hell am I eating this stuff?! It doesn’t even taste that great’ So I haven’t had it much since, its been about 2 years now I think. I do still have orange lollies, which I love, but no hardcore ice cream. |

“Don’t let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use.” -Earl Nightingalle

Love that quote by B. Chargualaf
I used to have this tape series - totally of Earl Nightingale, but I sure don’t remember that quote. That is exactly the way I’ve been feeling lately. The time will go by anyway, so why not do the thing you want anyway?! I will have to check out those articles too - thanks for all the great info.
