Blah day

LotusKind of a blah day - don’t know why. They just sneak up on you. Did well on the food. Workout was Ravi-Ana Ultimate Stretch but I did my own stretches towards the end. The ending meditation is too weird for me. I’m trying to keep up with skin brushing daily - I’m noticing loose skin in some places. I’m also using FOTE Aloe Gel right after showering to see if that helps.

I used to post relaxing images of resorts - think I’ll do that now! :P

  2. I’ve been skin brushing since you first mentioned it to me! I try to do it every day, but occasionally I miss one. I hope it helps with the loose skin thing. Although with 41 more to lose, I’m hoping that won’t be to much of a problem.
