Ack!

So…I was bad today. I got caught up in work around noon and completely forgot to have lunch, then had to run out to the lawyer around 2 and realised I hadn’t eaten anything!! The only thing in sight was a Burger King so I had some junk out of there. The damage was heavy. I don’t know what would have been worse tho, not eating anything or eating way too many calories. It’s all so complicated!

But I did workout today - so I was good too ;) I did Firm Super Sculpting - so much fun! A bit too many upright rows, which I skipped. I don’t want shoulders like a linebacker thankyouverymuch!

  1. Good job on the workout! And I love the quotes, especially Zig Ziglar, and usually I find him cheesy.

    One suggestion for lunches like that - instead of feeling defeated because you’re having fast food, just try to make the best choices you can. A grilled chicken sandwich without mayo or sauce is not a bad choice, and can balance out other choices (french fries, for example…). In real life Burger King lunches will happen — the key is being able to roll with the punches instead of considering it a free-pass…(easier said than done, I know)
