Hmm….now this is just getting weird isn’t it? I know part of it is due to the exercise, I always weigh more the day after I work out. So I looked up information about digital scales on the net, and some of it said that digital scales are affected by room temperature. This makes sense because they are after all electronic components. That might explain it somewhat, since its been nearly 90 degrees here ever since my weight started going up.
But then how ridiculously unreliable is weighing yourself if it’s affected by the outside temperature?! They do say analog scales are more accurate - maybe I should go back to that.

That is just the weirdest thing about the digital scales.
I use a digital scale and it just drives me nuts. So I stopped weighing myself! No seriously, I only weigh myself every couple of weeks. That way I’m not dealing too much with water weight and all that stuff.
Maybe you should try getting an analog scale, couldn’t hurt!
Ha, I was considering getting a digital scale- my analog one is so hard to read I practically have to bend down to read it. But then, that causes the needle to move. Just. Don’t. Breathe.
I am looking for a scale I can trust. I don’t trust mine. If you find a good one, will you post it. My scale isn’t digital - it’s one with the hand but it’s hard to read accurately. It changes weight if I move my feet.
Sure thing, if I find one! I think my next scale will be that 50 dollar Tanita thing that is supposed to be good.
