My first workout since I got back. It was still hot but I did it anyway because I really missed working out. Firm Super Sculpting - this is a workout with major ADD and I could barely keep up but I enjoyed it anyway. Maybe I will turbo jam tomorrow! I just got Cardio Party 3 so that’s something to look forward to.
Here is a tip for cooling down after working out - cover yourself in cold water and stand in front of a fan. Hey, it works LOL

I seem to have a hotter ‘theromstat’ than anybody else at workouts - I go bright red and have to splash myself with the bottled water that everyone else drinks as they go along!

Hey, I like that tip! It’s also good in 104 degree weather…yes, okay - I have my a/c on in the house, but still!!! Way to go on getting back into working out and keep it up!
